before you begin the tour. ~~ Any artist will tell you that sometimes the imagination just has to lead the way! One of my favorite pieces is “Hound Dog Holiday”, pictured below. Those pups ran around and around in my thoughts for days. Until I got them finished, I could almost “hear” them howling in my head, anxious to get out!

This was a special request piece. The customer wanted to have a collectible featuring her companion pet, and I suggested making this figurine to sit on her computer monitor, looking over the edge as she worked!
